Project locations: Bai Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province and Nghi Thiet Commune, Nghi Loc District, Nghe An Province.

Phase 1 was implemented from 2015 to 2017.

During Phase 1, Vietnam Global Transport Joint Stock Company handled a total volume of 50,000 FT of equipment and materials. The heaviest cargo package weighed 142 tons, the Mill Gear Box, which was also the heaviest package of the project to date.
